This is a 35 year old female that was interested in body contouring following her weight loss. She has lost 200lbs following gastric sleeve in 2017. She is complaining of excess skin circumferentially.
She underwent a lower body lift. A dermal autologous turnover flap was de-epithelialized on each side above the buttock that was used for augmentation.
She is one year post op & loving her new figure!
