Taylor Lavine

Surgical Coordinator

Taylor was born and raised right here in Austin, Texas. She attended The University of North Texas in Denton, graduating with a degree in Digital Retail in 2019. After moving back to Austin, she started her career in marketing and advertising, where she worked for two years before moving over to the plastics industry. Our newest addition to the team, Taylor handles patient relations, setting new patients up with appointments, scheduling surgeries, and going over the financials and policies with patients. When she’s not discussing all our surgical options, Taylor could be found laughing with Kate, keeping the office spirits high, and partaking in her favorite snacks. In her free time, Taylor loves wake surfing on Lake Travis, exploring new fashion, crafting at home, going to church, attending concerts, and hanging out with friends or family. She’s passionate about everyone feeling beautiful in their own skin and making sure our patients are happy!

Wanda Potts

Registered Nurse

Wanda joined Austin Plastic Surgery Institute & Skin Care Clinic as primary clinical nurse for Dr. Haydon in February of 2005. She holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Texas School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with 34 years of plastic surgery experience. In addition, she received her certification as RN First Assist which allows her to assist Dr. Haydon in many procedures performed in the OR.

Unlike the majority of the local population, she was born & raised in Austin, Texas. She is married, and she & her husband have a fur-baby (English Bulldog) named Romance. She takes pleasure in reading and tending to her butterfly garden.

Jill Camden

Business Operations Manager

Jill recently joined APSI as the Business Operations Manager for Dr. Haydon’s team, bringing over 15 years of healthcare operations management experience. Originally from Richmond, VA, she attended Virginia Tech, where she received her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences. She loves being a Hokie! She took a big leap in 2015 and moved to Austin to work in inpatient and emergency medicine for multiple hospitals throughout Texas. After years of travel, she decided to follow her bliss and focus on her passion in the skincare and plastics industry. She loves chatting all things beauty and seeing the positive outcomes for APSI patients! Her other passions are animal welfare and environmentalism, where she volunteers in her spare time. Her Toy Aussie, Rio, is the love of her life and keeps her busy with long hikes and lots of play time at Zilker Park.
